Though it has been several months since we last gazed about the upcoming RPG, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, the anticipation for the game hasn’t dwindled in the slightest. The previous Xbox game was a fan favorite for the “Power of X” crowd, but proved to be a little intimidating to the more casual gamer. Oblivion is hoping to please both crowds by having all the depth that any role-playing nut would want, plus it will incorporate a more lenient interface and control system for Joe Gamer to enjoy. X05 was the first time we’ve had a chance to get our hands-on the game, and despite all the house music thumping away at the venue’s party-like atmosphere, we came away simply wanting more…much more.
