This is a game where you don't even have to care about the goals of the game to get addicted. No other MMOG has ever captured the potential for socieities to self-organize in creative new ways like ATITD. Not everyone will have the right personality (read: patience) to enjoy this game, but its rewards are immense for the right kind of gamer. People who care passionately about sound or (to a lesser extent) graphics should probably play something different. People who think making things from scratch is dull and/or boring should avoid this game (and stop complaining when they don't like it -- you've been warned, fer pete's sake).
