The mod has been released for quite some time already and therefore this patch offers a lot of new content on top of it. So, that explains the "addon" in the header. The patch/addon offers among others: A complete new sub-level new quests multiple difficulty levels that can be changed in-game new items rebalancing of the weapons and more For fans who haven't played Diccuric yet, there's also a "gold edition" of the mod with the whole mod and patch in one.
