Gaming Horizon is next in line to present a review of Irrational's superhero RPG 'Freedom Force vs The Third Reich'. Rating: 8.8/10.
Unfortunately for me, I didn’t have the opportunity to play the previous Freedom Force title. But, luckily I did get to play Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich (FFv3R). And, now that I’ve gotten my little bit of praise out of the way I can actually tell you what this game is about. In the world of Patriot City, it has only been a year since the Freedom Force had beaten their last foe, Lord Dominion, and all his minions (i.e.: Nuclear Winter, Déjà vu, and Mr. Mechanical). But, as the Freedom Force was beginning to go their separate ways (stupid heroes thinking that evil can just be STOPPED), Nuclear Winter emerges, along with a new evil and a new plan to take over the world. Yeah, I was worried about the fate of the world too when I heard the story.
