This great looking mod was supposedly about to be released some time ago, here's want the modders have to say about it:
Initial release was for last weekend, but we realized that we had a couple of features we wanted to add, so it delayed things about a week. So now I'm only a few days behind due to the past 2 days' events, and from getting a little carried away with the implementation of some ideas regarding NPC Reactions (wait'll you see - it's awesome).

It's still possible that I'll finish my final work and tweaks tonight and have the mod ready for release tomorrow night (we've been doing extensive testing as we go along, so no worries there), but it may end up being Monday or Tuesday.

Either way, our goal has been to release before Bloodmoon was out, and I'm pretty damn sure we'll meet that.
Great news :) And more details:
we're using a slightly modified version of TheLys transformation script similiar to what's used in the McAsmod Werewolf mod. Since release of their mod they've been trying to get around the difficulties of transforming argonians & khajits (beast race feet are an issue, you end up with liches/werewolves running around with argonian/khajit feet, which ruins the effect). From TheLys latest update it looks like they may have found a workaround.... but we did something different.

After realizing the problem a week and a half ago, we decided right off that we didn't want to completely lock out argonian and khajit players from one of the cooler aspects of the mod. So instead we came up with something special just for them, something that makes sense in-game, something unique that still alters the characters cosmetically. Khajit and Argonian players will -not- be able to become a lich... but non-khajit and non-argonian players will -not- be able to become what khajit and argonians can
And finally, there are some screens for your viewing pleasure, and as always you can check all about this mod at their website
