eToychest has posted a review of Dungeon Lords. The score is 69% and here's the intro:
When it comes to role-playing experiences to be had on the PC, few can measure up to what David Bradley provided the gaming community in the 1990's with the Wizardry series – namely Bane of the Cosmic Forge and the truly classic Crusaders of the Dark Savant. The man has a talent for creating epic RPG experiences, as he went on to lend his talents to later projects such as CyberMage: Darklight Awakening, Wizards & Warriors, and The Temple of Elemental Evil. Most recently, alongside his team at Heuristic Park, Mr. Bradley has graced the gaming public with Dungeon Lords – a third-person action RPG for the PC will all the markings of yet another memorable experience. When it was first announced many who had followed his works were elated, and when the game was first shown at E3 2004 those who spoke with the team involved came way grinning ear to ear. But then we played it, and the dreams and preconceptions were laid to rest. Dungeon Lords is neither epic nor sweeping, but rather is a forgettable romp through a world that is sadly void of any real sense of purpose or scope.
