Final-Level has done a review on Star Wars : KotOR (Xbox), giving it a 5/5.

The sound in KotOR is probably the greatest achievement of the game. You have the sweeping familiar scores of the franchise in there, with some subtle changes for each situation, the weapon effects sound just right, from the ting of blades, to the fizz and zing of lightsabers and the unmistakable noise of blasters. However, what eclipses all of this is the voice work. Every single line spoken in English (or Republic Basic) is voiced to a high quality, giving emotions and life to the speakers. Alien languages are also spoken in their original tongue, be it the Twi'lek chatter or the Wookie growl, although you will notice repetitions in sound in these alien conversations - but who cares when it is as good as this?
