The next free expansion for City of Heroes/Villains, Issue 7, is extremely close to being released, but the developers took a few hours out of their busy schedules in order to take a couple of journalist for a spin in the new PVP zone, Recluse’s Victory. The zone is very unique as it features changing zone graphics depending on the outcome of the battle between heroes or villains.
