Mythic has temporarily disabled feedback forms for Dark Age of Camelot.
We have temporarily disabled the feedback forms. Why? Because as with everything in MMORPGs, it only takes a few cretins to ruin things for everyone. The feedback forms are too valuable to us in terms of design and planning, so they will return whenever the chimpanzee behind the attack gives up. Read on:

My team reads every single feedback form that is sent. That's why we don't answer them - every possible bit of time is devoted to making sure each customer that took the time to give us his or her opinion will be counted. However, there are two exceptions. One is if the same customer sends fifty forms in an hour. That's just spamming, and it's tedious to delete the forty-nine extra forms. So I generally just delete all of them when I see a block of forms from the same person.

The other is when someone floods the feedback forms. We don't even SEE those, because we have a special process built into the Herald. If something sends forms faster than a human being can hit send, they are shunted into a drain. A rat-filled, odiferous drain like they had in medieval castles. Okay, not really, it's a virtual drain. But at any rate, we never see those script-written forms at all.

Some genius spent the morning attacking the feedback forms, generating hundreds of thousands of forms. However, the genius overloaded the drain, which was causing all kinds of connection errors to the Herald for users. So, we've taken down the feedback forms. And blocked the addresses that were attacking us. We should have the forms back later today.
