n UXO, we want to help potential recruits and guild leaders find the perfect match, which is why we've included a guild search feature, built right into the guild interface! Using the guild search, any player can look up the names of all guilds currently accepting new players on their server, as well as see their member count and what type of guild they are (for example, a role-playing guild, powergamer guild, path of balance guild, general interest guild, etc.). The guild list can be sorted by guild name, member count, or by guild type.

To learn more about any guild, players can check that guild's recruitment message, which is a short text message written by the guild leader to tell potential recruits a bit about the group. If the guild leader has entered a website address for their guild, the player can also click on the guild's name in the search function to visit the guild website before making any decisions. Any guilds that have been marked as "closed" as opposed to "open" by the guild leader will not show up on the search list.
