cardigait has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from cardigait)

at the moment should be a 8 or 9, but must pay a fee for being another game released in absolutely buggy version, pay today by the user and being playable after 4 months

Nietchse has rated 8/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Nietchse)

Much improved since release and worth a second look.

EverythingXen has rated 7/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from EverythingXen)

I really did love the potential in the game. It was moy first MMORPG... but like all MMORPG to date it got stale. Run to spawn, camp, level leve level, run to mission, mission, money money money...

Tempered has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Tempered)

Still buggy. The game system is flawed from the very concept. Loot sucks. Class imbalances with some classes totally unviable. Game is geared towards power gamers, casual gamers will have a hard time soloing against the uber mobs.

Brassi has rated 8/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Brassi)

This is a very involved mmorpg. Implants, buff, skill point distrabution, and gear juggling make this a very involved game and not for the casual gamer.

Tarq has rated 1/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Tarq)

Game was unplayable on release. Shame on Funcom for having paying beta testers. Funcom is incompetent. This is rated higher than EQ so far? That is why we have suicide bombers eh?

WildWilber has rated 5/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from WildWilber)

Ammon777 has rated 2/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Ammon777)

Terrible. BOOOO! I give it a 2 because it had nice graphics.

Jandar has rated 8/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Jandar)

This game is much better than it was at release. Easily the equal of the other MMOG's out there and lacking much of what makes them so tedious.

Algy has rated 3/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Algy)

Tone has rated 1/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Tone)

The company knew there were serious design problems when they released this game. Beta testing was frought with serious network and graphics issues which made the game often too lagged to play even on the best systems but it was released ready or not. No matter how much they have improved it since, they should get nothing for perpetrating such a fraud on consumers. All that for a game that is basically Everquest without the elves.

Arax_TheBold has rated 7/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Arax_TheBold)

This game had my complete and undivided attention for about 2 weeks, making characters and fighting in the noobie zones, fun. Doing missions in your starting city for a cool piece of gear, fun. Unfortunately after you reach a certain level you are forced to leave your home and you end up lost in the desert. Call me an idiot but I got lost alot out there and never could figure out what I was doing out. Graphics where amazing that’s for sure, so amazing I was viewing them at 1 frame a second. But how can I fault my hardware? I have since upgraded my computer and was able to play it with out the stutter but it still ended up getting lost. A good game, not the est but fun none the less.

Ykalon has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Ykalon)

THE best MMORPG at the moment. The ONLY mmorpg there soloing is a viable option even at higher levels. Most of the low ratings were probably given by people who tried it shortly after launch. The game has improved a lot since then.

blackicye has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from blackicye)

The game itself is decent, and the interface is quite friendly as well as visually appealing. The theme and execution of this game is at the very least, pretty well done. The most major problem with this game is that they are not setting up new servers (and have absolutely no plans to in the future.) Sure there is lots of bandwidth available in the present RK1 and RK2 servers, but who in their right mind would want to start playing a game ruled by players over 10 times your level. Economy is already too well established, save your money for Starwars galaxies, unless you're the sort of masochist who likes playing games where almost everyone is literally over 50 times more powerful than you are from the first day you start.

PlacidDragon has rated 8/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from PlacidDragon)

Only recently tried this game (free one month subscription). The game is amazingly well made, as well as being incredibly huge. Whatever is your fancy, you will find it here :)

Jacko has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Jacko)

I for one am sick of MMORPGs that only concentrate on swords and sorcery. It's nice to have a sci-fi MMORPG. I would have given this game one star at its release because it was buggy as hell but they've done a nice job in fixing it up. UO, AC, EQ, DAoC, they're all the same, this is one that uses a different world, I'd give it a try or wait for Star Wars Galaxies if you're sick of the same old themes in MMORPGs. After all, in the end, all MMORPGs are really only hack, slash, rinse, level and repeat. :-)

Plutonium has rated 7/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Plutonium)

Le jeu est trÈes interressant mais tu fini a la fin par faire toujours la mÈeme chose...chassé

Ykalon Dragon has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Ykalon Dragon)

One of the best MMORPG's. The game was absolutely horrible the first 2 months but now it's a very good game.

woop has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from woop)

kickass game!

Zamolxis has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Zamolxis)

I heard that the game was buggy at release so I didn't buy at that time, but a few months later the game became stable, I did the 7-day free trial and liked it. It doesn't really have anything inovative compared with the other mmorpg but it has a lot of customization, pretty fun classes to play (and quite different). I started to get bored with playing my main char after a few months, but leveling alts and twinking them is pretty fun so the game will keep my interest for a little longer. For me the the fun I had is worth the money, I would say it can keep you interested about 6-12 months depending on how much you play.

syakila has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from syakila)

I love the diversity and skills available in this game together with the superb atmosphere.

aldreth has rated 2/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from aldreth)

I hate funcom, I despise funcom, I want to sue them for my money back :P On the bright side, the game was a bit different from your run of the mill mmorpg. But I severly doubt they will ever recover from the worst start for a MMORPG in history.

Starscales has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Starscales)

After comparing several MMORPG together this has to be the best. The graphics are excellent and in some place will take your breath away. Sound is used well and the music is very atmospheric. The only real grip I have with this game (in fact I have two) is that lag can be very high at times, especially when zoning. The other grip was that if you have two machines running ICS on WinXP there can be problems with the machine that is sharing the connection.

joe chucak has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from joe chucak)

I think this game is really great. It's got the greatest world I have ever experienced in an online RPG. just walking around is a treasure. I recommend this game to anyone who's up for a real challenge, especially now that the technical bugs are all gone

bonghead has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from bonghead)

THE mmorpg :D

It's great!

LTWarhound has rated 3/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from LTWarhound)

Just cancelled my AO account, for a slew of reasons. Lousy customer service response to in-game harassement. Grief away, they'll do little, if that. Content that is sifting more and more to uber groups/guilds (orgs, as AO calls them) while cutting out the single/casual player. At the same time, they are cutting out the RP support. Cut, rather. Bugs that have been around since beta. Client instability. Just announced pricing increases for monthly payments, supposedly to deal with increased costs, yet the just announced 12 month subscription is about half the new monthly fee. And SL has gone gold....its not ready. FC looks to repeat its own history. And I refuse to pay to beta-test. In short, its still got a lot of catching up to do.

Lichter has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Lichter)

Superb game, stand out customer service, and loads to see and do. Been playing since launch through all those bugs and all. Its improved 1000% and the devs have done a great job. Decent PvP, could do with player housing but you can't have everything.

Roedran has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Roedran)

AO has come a long way from launch and is extremely enjoyable and playable. The addition of Notum Wars last year was amazing -- and Shadowlands looks to go even higher. A quality franchise that I'm anxious to continue to support!

Naturephy has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Naturephy)

Great game, i have followed AO for about 2 years now. And i still learn new stuff every day. It has great potential so i'm looking forward to SL. Keep up the good work FUNCOM! :D

strupstad has rated 7/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from strupstad)

AO is a very entertaining game at first glance. When i started out, i sat for hours and hours hanging at "clubs", shopping, teaming with others and so on.. After a while, i got tired and quited at lvl 90, 87, 55. Came back 3-4 moths later and learned from my mistkes. This time i wanted to enjoy plaing AO, and making my experience with it more diverse. So i chose the trader profession. Starting with $0 credits, 25 run speed and no good weapons i got tierd again.. The imense distances between missions, quests, playfields really got on my nerve sometimes. Thus, not having a yalm didn't make it better. I think Midgard would have been a nice game.. Concentrating mostly on your own town, not the entire planet... To bad they cancled it :(

munnin2 has rated 1/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from munnin2)

This game, personally sucks, as for the people who say that most have been here for 2 years, well thats a crock, Ive been here since release and only know of a handfull of people who have been here more then a year. FC screwed themselves when they killed the PR story, and now the game is filled with people who care less about what the game was meant to be, and more about building there ownselves up. I will be glad when other games come out, because AO started out to be worth my time, and now, it is worthless, nothing sets it apart from the other Item camp/find based MMORPGS. People, its a complicated game that gives you nothing, play eq or DAOC ull get more out of them, dont come to this (once) RP based game, because u wont find much RP here.

Letah has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Letah)

Great game, the people that quit after release and just voted low just dont know what they are dealing with now. One of the games that actually HAS a lot highlvl content and a great future as well. The best CS if you have "endured" other games and compared.

brill game

Baulder has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Baulder)

A good snapshot of the state of the game. Anarchy Online still has unearthed potential. Varied and rich environment...needs more story elements that directly interact with players...perhaps their already-established "private realms" system could promote more storytelling.

Mordarch has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Mordarch)

I played AO a lot a few months ago, I stopped after that to give more time to studies. It makes me happy to see that Funcom is still having a prosperous time.

Lagoos has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Lagoos)

The best game of them all in my opinion, and the only company which actually seems to listen to their customers, not just saying it.

Christine Liberto has rated 2/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Christine Liberto)

Jorgen Tharaldson is so out of touch. Shadowlands is way over rated. I have found more people that do not like it then do like it. Even on the best computers it is laggie at best. Jorgen Tharaldson is a person that really need to get in touch with reality.

Leo has rated 2/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Leo)

I just cancelled: - SL could be fun, but come on, it is bugged like hell. - too much bugs; quality is going down, really: reload button bug is a shame! Introduced so late, broken 1 patch later. Lol... Gratz to Funcom QA team. - visibility: since SL was launched, there is 0 visibility on fixes, ... - Is FC listenning to players or all feedback emails re-directed to /dev/null?

The idea is good and the mood is exiting, but the software fails. Pitty.

Arliana has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Arliana)

Anarchy Online provides more than has been expected since the release. FC openly admits that their release was bugged, and bad. The game itself has improved 100% in the past year. I give it a 9 because of its massive improvement.

Arctos has rated 1/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Arctos)

Don't really like games that make you pay for the '7 days free trial'

Trin has rated 1/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Trin)

Absolutely awfull; contains next to nothing but the grief and misery of camping.

doodoo has rated 2/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from doodoo)

Rubbish. On my comp: AO = avg fps 10-15 WOW = avg fps 30-60 Considering its age and how bad it looks it runs like complete crap. Overly complicated with no storyline at all, its not wonder its available for free for a year because nobody wants to play the pos.
