Here's a snip from it: Player-derived content has been a key ingredient of Atriarch's design approach and philosophy since its inception. I believe that empowering players creates a deeper and more robust world. I also believe we should approach online game worlds by seeing the players as active partners in the world's evolution instead of just as spectators. In the end, it is the players who are going to be living there, so why not give them the opportunity to affect it? Providing a means for players to develop their own content within a world can be a very effective road to player empowerment.
