Here's a bit on where missions take place: Missions take place in a wide variety of locations throughout the city. Sometimes heroes must root out villains who have infiltrated downtown office buildings, warehouses, or other city structures. Other times, the evildoers invade some of the smaller Paragon City neighborhoods, running wild through the streets and sealing the area off from the rest of the metropolis. When that happens it’s up to heroes to clean the neighborhood out and put a stop to whatever nasty scheme the villains have hatched. Often, the Hero Organizations find intelligence pointing towards the location of a secret base or hideout. Heroes must venture underground or into secure buildings to find clues, capture fugitives, retrieve stolen goods or just clean out the evil infestation.
