At the official site for Everquest Online Adventures, you can find a story detailing the ongoing fixes and tweaks to the MMORPG for the PS2. Here's how it starts:
The beauty of a Massively Multiplayer Online Game like EverQuest Online Adventures is the fact that it is not a static game. As the game matures, ongoing development continues to insure that not only is the game sound and stable but that also new content and features make their way into the game. Since the game launched a scant week ago we have made some minor adjustments that we wanted you to be aware of.

Quest Notes:
Arion Redmoon will now correctly recognize the orcish war medal for the level 15 Cleric and Elven Paladin Quest.

Reduced the difficulty of the level 3 Monk Quest.

Dwarf Paladins should now be able to collect their rewards for the level 17 Highbourne and Halas side quests.

Gnome Magicians should now be able to collect their rewards for the level 17 Klick`Anon side quest.

Altered several quest dialogues for clarity of content and directions.

The level 15 Erudite Cleric quest should now reward the correct ability.

The level 20 Elf Cleric, Elf Bard, Elf Paladin, Elf Magician, and Elf Enchanter quests should now reward their proper specialization abilities.

For the two quest corrections above, we are adding an additional quest to allow those who have done these quests and not received a reward, to obtain the missing reward. Should all go well with this correction on Test, we will post more details tomorrow.
