The same link at War3.com takes you to a preview of World of Warcraft(second half of the article) at E3, and once again, we cite a small portion of it:
As for the controls on WoW, it's wsad. I mean, you can use the mouse to control yourself, but I find wsad works better. I mean that because it's not point and click with the mouse, it's strange and I never used it. q and e are for strafing. And 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - = are your spells or abilities. Your camera is the left mouse button, hold and twirl. The attack button is 1 or the right mouse button; I find 1 works better. You can put potion and cheese into your number selections, or you can just click on the number. Spacebar is the jump command, as well as the revive from death command. As far as I can tell, there is no death penalty tax. So it lets you not worry about your own self, well, at least for the pre alpha form I played, that is. |
