A few weeks ago, MM3D had sued Sierra for attempting to force them into accepting adverse conditions of a mutual contract that was apparently dealing with the ongoing development of an MMORPG based on JRR Tolkien´s Middle Earth novels. According to MM3D, they were unable to resolve the matter despite their best efforts. If and to what extent the development of the game is affected is uncertain at this point of time.
