RPG Vault's Jonric speaks to Funcom's Morten Byom about the future of Anarchy Online in this interview:
Jonric: In Anarchy Online's four years of service, how have kept it fresh and interesting for new and old players alike?

Morten Byom: Everyone on the AO team is a strongly dedicated player and fan. We all want to make the best game possible. We are constantly looking for ways to improve it, both with graphical updates and game mechanic changes and additions. As a comparatively recent example, we implanted a significant upgrade to the ground render engine, bringing the overall graphical quality up.

With Anarchy Online, we want to improve and enhance the existing game elements that our players already like, while we also focus on providing new types of game experiences to help give the gamer even more options in how to enjoy playing. Over the years we have introduced many new features providing a wider range of things to do.
