Extremely well done RPG considering when this game came out. |
Baldur's Gate 2 - Shadows of Amn: 7/10 points |
The first half of the game gets a 10 - it is truly incredible. I figure I spent almost 1/2 my time just playing in the first two chapters, there is that much to do and so many side quests. The second half of the game though gets a 4. By the end of the game I was totally frustrated with the repetative fights against mage NPCs. Fights vs. high level wizards/liches had to be the worst part of the game due to the huge number of protection spells and the complex set of spells needed to remove the protections. |

The gaining percent for levels was the best. They should of kept it for Return to Krondor, though. Oh well... |

For graphics and easy of game play, I would give this game a 10. Unfortuately, GPG seemed to spend more time showing off their graphics engine than creating much of a plot. The story is too linear and weak compared to most other top-end RPGs. |

Enjoyable hack-n-slash type RPG. Would have gotten a 9 except for some annoying bugs at the end of the game. (Hopefully these were fixed in subsequent patches). |

This game probably has one of the best plots for any RPG, but I found the gameplay to be rather slow paced for my taste - hence the slightly lower score. |

warcraft 3 used to be a really good game, then i owned everyone online, but as usual, time passes and new games come out, if u really like rts games, u should really get Rome: total war by activision, its a really good game |
