Will unarmed be of any use for a character who also puts points into melee weapons or is it just for specialists?
For a long time, unarmed was the most powerful fighting style, hands down - some still believe that it is the most powerful style. We really went the extra mile to make sure that there are things for the unarmed character to look forward to. For instance, as your unarmed skill increases, your natural damage bonus increases. There are also magic items that only bump up unarmed skill, as well as specific perks you can pick or discover as you wander the world. We think the unarmed character is very, very viable and fun.
