Jonric: As an introductory overview, what kind of online world will Reclamation be, and what will it offer that's fresh and different compared to other games in the category?
Jason Kramer: Reclamation is Lyra Studio's real-time, 3D, massively multiplayer online role-playing game representing the next-generation evolution from its predecessor, Underlight. It's based on our experience with Underlight plus analysis of similar games like Asheron's Call II, Anarchy Online, EverQuest II and Dark Age of Camelot. In its most basic form, the game follows a typical RPG format, where characters interact in a virtual world developing their own skills and traits while undertaking various exciting goals and adventures that affect both themselves and their environment.
What will put Reclamation far and above competitors is its ability to give players the characters they want in the environment they desire, with an unmatched focus on player to player interaction, all while maintaining an intimate feel. Players will be given an unprecedented ability to have large-scale effects on the storyline and their surroundings
