MAXIMUM CHARISMA’S FIGHTING LEGENDS(tm) GOES GOLD

ARVADA, COLORADO - OCTOBER 3, 2001 - Maximum Charisma Studios (www.mcszone.com) has announced its massively multiplayer online role-playing/strategy game called Fighting Legends(tm) has been completed on schedule and has, in industry parlance, "gone gold." Maximum Charisma is self-publishing the game, and production of the first 100,000 units will be completed and shipped to retailers by the scheduled release date of November 1, 2001.

Circuit City, Amazon, Hastings, Virgin Mega Stores, Best Buy, CompUSA, Fry’s Electronics, Electronics Boutique, Electronics Boutique Canada, Future Shop (Canada), Gamestop, Chips and Bits (e-tailer), Compucenter, CompuSmart, and Media Play will offer Fighting Legends in time for the holiday season.

"We partnered with top retailers nationwide to offer 55,000 free Beta discs during the past three weeks. We were able to incorporate many of the more frequently occurring suggestions from the thousands of Beta testers who took advantage of this unique marketing program, and from those players in our core group of Beta testers," said Steve Escalante, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "They did a great job helping us make Fighting Legends an even more fun and exciting online game."
