The next review of Troika's Vampire: Bloodlines is up at CGN. The score is 4/5 and here's a snippet:
So, who remembers Vampire: The Masquerade – Redemption? Redemption, published by Activision back in 2000, was an RPG that tried to bring White Wolf’s occult-themed tabletop roleplaying game into the PC arena. The game suffered from a number of problems and never made it onto most players’ hard drives. Mechanics aside, however, it did introduce a lot of gamers to the Vampire universe – and the Vampire universe is very, very cool. Activision took another shot at it, this time with developer Troika, and the result is a deep action-RPG bursting with character and dark wit.
