The first thing you notice about Soul of the Ultimate Nation isn't its title. You'd be hard pressed to say that it rolls off the tongue. Luckily, they have an excellent acronym, which makes the borderline prosaic moniker work: SUN. Heretofore, we will refer to the game as SUN, but back to original point: the first thing you notice about the game is how damn good it looks. If you see it in action without actually playing it, you would probably think that it's an entirely different game. Watching a character wade through veritable swarms of enemies looks almost like something out of Dynasty Warriors, only with numbers scrolling over the monsters' heads. Which is a very good thing. But it plays nothing like it, which is arguably an even better thing.
