The recent site update for Ultima IX: Redemption seems te have caused an increase of interesting forum posts as well. In a thread on the world map Avatus reveals;

... Windmere and Farthing are going to be submerged. Morrowind offers the means to explore under the sea, which allows us some interesting underwater side-quests that range from shipwrecks, treasure locations to explore the murky submerged ruins of Windmere and Farthing.
