RPG Vault has posted their latest dev diary for 'The Fall', with Technical Director Sebastian Tusk talking about modding:
What can be modded? Almost everything! The more complicated things naturally require some experience on your part; however, as you will see, it will not be overly difficult to achieve lesser changes.
It's a pretty encouraging article, so check it out if you have any interest in modability in your RPGs.
