Customer support for both, 'EverQuest' and 'Star Wars: Galaxies' is unavailable until further notice (most likely until mid-week). The devs do, however, have remote access to most critical systems so there should be no further inconvenience other than missing customer support representatives. It has been mentioned on the 'Star Wars: Galaxies' forums though that the lack of fresh air might become an issue for the servers so.. good luck if your character is on a West Coast cluster *eg* ;) .
