Loud Ant Software: The existing product code and art assets. The rights to the product were obtained by Loud Ant Software some months ago and it is being developed by Nuanced Entertainment. Both companies are located in the United States.

Jonric: What were the major considerations led to your decision to acquire the game and to put it back into development?

Loud Ant Software: We were seeking to enter the MMOG market but did not want to develop from scratch. This opportunity fit our needs perfectly.
