It is said to resolve problems regarding opening chests, acting and common freezing. It should also improve the game's performance to some extend. Further information can be found in this thread on TAGMT forum, and the patch is available for download from here. A sidenote: the "readme.txt" file is the required reading selection for the patch installation.
