HomeLan fed talked to Alexander Khrutsky, script writer and PR manager for Xenus, in an interview published today. here's a litttle goodie from that:
HomeLAN - What kinds of NPCs and enemies will be features in Xenus?

Alexander Khrutsky - There are a lot of counter forces in Colombia. In our game they are introduced by six sides: officials, guerrilla, coca mafia, Indian, bandits, CIA. All of them are neutral to you at the start. When you help to one of the side you inevitably spoil your relations with others. So, you choose your enemies by your own. And don’t forget about aggressive wild animals. There are, also, a lot of NPCs that don’t belong to any of those forces, but want hero to help them to reach their own goals. All NPC live their own life, also they will interact one with another without hero.
Live their own life? Let's see if they manage to do that - that would be very neat.
