When you open your Shadows of Undrentide box, you should make sure that there is a red piece of paper with the CD key on it included. Some customers reported that this piece of paper was missing in their box! Obviously the game installer says that the CD key is in the manual which is wrong. There have also been reports about invalid CD keys on the NWN forums. If you get this message or if you didn't get the piece of paper with the CD key on it, you should contact the Atari Tech Support.
