Items will be of different type and quality, depending on which town you're in and at what skill level your character is. The download link above leads to FilePlanet. Be aware that it may be loading slow as hell today because new updates for Half-Life and Counter-Strike have been released which seem to be causing high overall net traffic at the moment. Most gaming sites load pretty slow right now so be patient.
