We missed out 9/12 target, but are close to finishing up the changes and getting it operational for our next online test. We have also been testing the Game Client concurrently with the server and have worked out many issues with that as well. Although we had planned on releasing the next online test by Oct 1, we have learned that DirectX 8.1 is not due for release until the end of October. Due to some function changes from 8.0a to 8.1, testers MUST have 8.1 to test. With this new information, we are now shooting for Nov. 1st. However, a few select priority testers, who are DX8 beta testers as well, may be helping us between now and Nov. 1st.
