There is a new review of Prince of Qin at Gameraiders. Their overall score is a lukewarm 65%, and this is their summary:
Despite the rich source material of ancient China, the novel additions of a five-member party element, an intriguing magic system and a lengthy quest, Prince of Qin aspires but fails to top the Diablo franchise. Sub-par graphics, poor animation, too much downtime in the action and meager music all detract from what could have been a welcome addition to any gamer's collection. Instead of standing on Blizzard's shoulders and carrying the action role-playing genre to new heights, Object must instead settle for jumping up and down behind the world-famous California developer, anxiously trying to peek over their shoulders. |
