GameSpy takes a look at Lionhead's 'Fable: The Lost Chapters'. Here's what Tom Chick had to say:Playing Fable on your PC won't just offer higher resolution graphics. Although, considering how good the demo looked, that's certainly a major selling point. You'll also get reworked controls built to take advantage of mouse support, and will have use of your keyboard. The modest task bar used to be limited to four slots for the direction pad. Now there is room for nine actions, inventory items, spell, expressions, or whatever else you'd like to put there. You can then quickly and easily use them with the number keys. "Also, ranged combat works a lot better with a mouse," says Lionhead's Louise Copley. |
