Thanks to Sam for letting us know that PC Gaming has put up a review of Metropolis'/JoWood's Archangel. The 3rd person action RPG scores 3 out of 5 points.

Here's a bit about combat:
The combat of the game, works simply by a left-click of the mouse to swing your knife/sword/axe/pork-chop at your opponent repeatedly until they pop their clogs. Again, not too different to the likes of Heavy Metal FAKK: 2 or Crusaders Of Might And Magic. Ranged combat is introduced later into the game and so are some lovely magic spells. At the bottom of your screen, the display shows your health in a red bar, and your spiritual energy bar, which depletes every time you cast a spell or swing your ‘Sword Of Light’. This bar slowly replenishes over time, unlike your health bar, which you have to use medikits to boost. The best feature of many games is incorporated into Archangel- you can save anywhere you want, unlimitedly! Wowee, this stops the frustration of repeating sections over and over and over and over again.
