Loaded Inc has slapped up a short review of 'Metal Heart: Replicant's Rampage'. The score of 3/10 tells the story - here's a snippet:Small scale developers rarely get the opportunity to showcase their games on the market as publishers tend to lean towards the big names for guaranteed money makers. Whether this is because publishers are worrying that smaller budgets mean less quality or the lack of a big name will put gamers off is undecided. Thankfully, there are some publishers willing to give the minnows a go and provide us gamers with a wider variety of titles. Numlock is one such developer and Akella has won its backing to release Metalheart: Replicants Rampage to the general public. But is the fear that smaller titles won’t make it unfounded, or does the general view of publishers ring true? |
