Which brings us nicely to T2X: Shadows of the Metal Age. If ever such a project was a labour of love, then this is it. Conceived not long after the closure of Looking Glass Studios in 2000, T2X was intended to fill the hole left by the realisation that there may never be a third and final Thief game. Even though that concern was eventually quelled, the project continued, taking on a life and momentum of its own.
