This new campaign will take place on the continent of Cantha, which sits just south of Tyria. It's an Asian themed continent with a magically scarred past. It seems that one of the Emperor's old bodyguards named Shiro Tagachi went and betrayed his sovereign. When Shiro was caught and killed, his death caused a bit of a cataclysm turning the sea to jade and petrifying a neighboring forest. The Factions campaign centers around the return of Shiro's spirit.
