NW Vault has reviewed the module 'Evengale 2: Unhinging the Doors of Time'. It received a score of 7/10 and here's a snip:
So, what to make of "Evengale 2" in the end? That's a tough question to answer. It's obvious that the author was mainly interested in telling a story, and I must admit that I really enjoyed the story even though it can be quite hard to figure out. I think the story is certainly good enough to warrant taking a look at this module and its predecessor, especially since both modules are rather short and small, so even if you don't like them, you won't have wasted too much time or bandwith. Then again, the module is often so restrictive and the implementation is often so minimal that playing it feels more like watching an episode of "Quantum Leap" or the "Twilight Zone" than playing an interactive computer game. If you like freedom and exploration, consider yourself warned.
