Good day. Yesterday I told you it was hot here, so I just don't have the words for what it is like today. You don't need to go swimming to be wet all over, even at 10 am. Back to the newsbit: AVault offers us a preview of Celtic Kings - Rage of War. A quality feature as always there, as this snip shows:
While Celtic Kings plays much like a standard RTS, it doesn't feature the usual base-building process that most others do. Instead, your base is provided for you at the beginning of a mission, or by taking over an enemy's base. Base structures each have a specific purpose, like the Barracks, which produces fighting units, or the Town Hall, which can shelter your peasants and armies. Throughout the course of the game you'll run across other settlements, both those owned by your enemies and those not claiming sides, and you'll have to decide whether or not it's worth taking them over. While having more towns can be a good thing in terms of added resources, it also means more to protect and more to provide for. |
