DAoC: Hot Fix @ Camelot Herald

The latest hot fix at the Camelot Herald addresses issues players may have been having with Master Levels 5 and 7.
This fix is now live on all servers!

- Players who had previously received credit for all 10 trials in Master Levels 5 and 7 , but were unable to advance, should return to the Arbiter. He will finish granting credit and allow players to advance to the appropriate Master Level.
