Also, we can’t have a Town Hall Meeting only four days before Halloween without a costume contest, now can we? Of course not! Come to the Town Hall Meeting dressed up as a fierce warrior, an evil mage or show us your best elf impression… heck, dress up as anything you want; let your imagination run wild! Prizes will be given away to the top three costumes as judged by whatever criteria Binky sees fit at the time – after all, how could a man with a UO tattoo possibly have bad taste?
