Slow pacing is what they complain about, amongst other things, and so their rating is just 60%. Here's their short summary: To enjoy Prince of Qin, you must be very patient and have an interest in this era of Chinese history. If you prefer that your action RPGs actually provide you with a fair amount of action, perhaps you should stick with the Diablo games that inspired Prince of Qin.
