Here is there ending conclusion: Lineage, in the end, is a mediocre MMORPG, a turkey for Thanksgiving. I liked it more than Everquest, but that is not saying a lot for me. This is not the game that will replace your favorite online game, and if you are new to the genre, you are much better playing Ultima Online for free through a Sphereserver than this title. That being said, the game has a lot of interesting concepts that would be great behind a better engine, and the community online is a great group of players.
