Elder Scrolls 3 - Morrowind: 6/10 points

For the first few weeks of gaming, Morrowind was nearly everything for me. I spent all my free time playing. After a month, I had to force myself "Come on, it's just about 10 boring gotherekillthat and gotherebringthat quests". Well, the thing I really enjoyed in Morrowind was the immersion. The feeling that I have my own little cottage named "The Council Club". My own weapon collection, my great collection of books... But when that feeling passes away, it leaves nothing more than a HUGE world, with LOTS of towns, LOTS of NPCs and all towns NPCs equal to one another. Now Morrowind would be a superb game if it the game world was a lot smaller and if the interaction with the world was greater (see Gothic - You could sit on a stool near a campfire with your friends, play the mandoline and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Sure, nothing really special, but it gave the game a feeling). Plus, Morrowind mould be much better if a scheduling system was used for NPCs (again, see Gothic). Well, ending the "what would Morrowind be if" part, the game has lttle to offer - the engine is a little too hacky, even for such graphics, the quests are boring, the storyline is rather poor. Lots of bugs, and short gameplay masked effectively by a huge world.
