GameZone has interviewed Infinite Interactive's 'Warlords Battlecry III' Lead Designer Steve Fawkner about creatures, spell-casting, gameplay systems, and other various topics.Is this a direct sequel to the previous game?
SF: Absolutely. But although it is a sequel, we still wanted to add new elements to the gameplay. We have certainly added more of everything that was already there (more spells, more heroes, more sides, etc…) but we have also added completely new item systems, hero systems and campaign. I don’t believe that anybody will think it is too similar to Battlecry II when they see all of the new stuff. |
