The only English review of 'Space Rangers 2' I am aware of is now available at Jolt. The score is a respectable 7.3/10 and this paragraph summarises nicely:
Okay so it is low budget and the translation isn’t 100% perfect, but Space Rangers is fundamentally a solid game and it’s pretty clear that developer Elemental Games is both passionate about the subject matter and competent enough to know what it can and can’t do. We can’t deny that this is a bit of a niche title, and you have to work at it a little, but underneath the largely 2D graphics and initially daunting stats and options is some old-fashioned, open-ended good gameplay.
