A great sequel to a great game. It actually surpasses the original in many ways, since it starts out in a forest (giving you a feeling of a world), has several different dungeons, although interconnected (and called towers) and had more and tougher challenges (ranging from big bad boss monsters to puzzles to riddles). The graphics were great (for its time) and the interface was a joy to play with. The developers managed to take the best parts of Eye of the Beholder, avoid the bad parts and add numerous excellent features. A great game!

An outstanding game! An unforgetable experience!! The second in the Beholder series and definitely the best one.Full of tough puzzles and riddles,it achieves the perfect balance between action and puzzles. Too sorry that the production of first person R.P.G.'s(such as Lands Of Lore,Stonekeep e.t.c) has been abandoned giving room to 3rd person R.P.G's...:( (Most of them lacking real and challenging puzzles)

SergioCQH has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from SergioCQH)

This is a classic game with all of the charm as well as all of the faults of classic games. Labyrinthine dungeons and obtuse puzzles drive me nuts! Dungeons and puzzles should make sense and fit into the world, not become obvious game devices.

Could be much better.

Red! has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Red!)

Good sequal to the original, it's only problem were the almost impossible puzzles - even worst then the original...

Shyguy has rated 7/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Shyguy)

Not as good as the first, despite better graphics, and more complex puzzles. But still, a challenging, enjoyable game.

Almost as good as part 1. Better dungeons, but way too hard at times. Back then at least.

Gahny has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Gahny)

Great RPG (4+2 party members). Only to short (24h to play and finish the dragon). Better then EOB1, i wish, i never seen EOB3 - what a mistake...

A modern day version of Dungeon Master, when it was release! A pity, Westwood (and Origin!) have been runed by EA

Gibmaster has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Gibmaster)

The first and the best rpg I've ever played back in the amiga days.

Hellbishop has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Hellbishop)

One of the my first dungeon games i played on my old Amiga500.Back then they knew how to do puzzles right and still be fun.I still cant forget some of the areas haunted by Death Knights that if you tried to sleep you would get nightmares.I also remember that stinking little ungrateful thief we freed only to have em runaway while we were resting with our stuff. The intro was also one of the best, very warm and comforting yet tense. Thanks Westwood for the fun times and memories.

Pinny has rated 8/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Pinny)

First game I got for my 286 PC and what a good choice it was. I remember thinking that pc games can't get any better than this, but that soon changed a few weeks later after seeing ultima7.

With this game my addiction started,Fantastic! At first a game that plays not predictable but find out much further you really did forget something very important.A very good dungeon crawler with a good story ,lots of nice puzzles and with a MUCH better ending as EOB1. For me this game should be on number 1.

very simple, very hard!

Mazzi has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Mazzi)

THis is the first CRPG I ever played and it set the standard for a single player game way back when. Yes alot of dungeon crawl, but that is how it started years ago. I still have the entire series on 5 1/4" diskettes!

A great game, by far the best EoB game and a mile-stone in rpg history. I have many fond memories of exploring the Darkmoon temple with all its dungeons and towers. I even remember playing eob1 just so I could import them and begin a new game of eob2 with a fully equiped party. Wonderful!
