On this quiet weekend there's not much on offer save a lonely Oblivion review at Gamepyre. The score is 96% and here's a snip typical of the staccato delivery:Upon exiting the sewers, the game becomes almost totally open-ended. There is a main quest that is set into motion by the events in the sewers. In the main quest you find the heir to the kingdom and try shut down the gates to Oblivion. The first thing you do is deliver an amulet to a priest at Weynon Priory. He bids you to find the heir, Martin at a local town. Upon arrival at the town you find that the enemy has destroyed it and you must close a Gate of Oblivion. From here, the main storyline branches out to encompass the whole of the land. Your objectives are clearly laid out by visiting the various areas the NPCs (non-player characters) point out to you to solve the game. | Source: Shacknews |
