Since multiplayer, potentially with strangers, is an important part of Champions of Norrath, there will be more customization of the character’s appearance than is conventional in a console action/RPG. And since this game is set in the world of EQ, rather than a licensed Dungeons & Dragons property, there will be five character classes that draw upon the fantasy world of EQ (a Barbarian Warrior, Wood Elf Ranger, High Elf Cleric, Erudite Wizard and Dark Elf Shadow Knight). Each class will have male and female versions, and the classes and races look distinct. Beyond that, you’ll have control over the skin tone, hair and tattoos that adorn your character.
